BENCHMARKING FOR EXCELLENCE SURVEY
Benchmarking is an integral methodology for measuring and encouraging company growth. Valley Industrial Association has developed the VIA Benchmarking for Excellence Survey, providing manufacturing companies an online tool for measuring their achievements in these key areas: Company Culture, Innovation, Operational Excellence, Safety, Social Responsibility and Workforce Development. The Survey serves as both a benchmarking tool and a roadmap. By identifying accomplishments throughout the year, companies create a strategic plan and path to excellence for continued growth. This Survey is available for any company to review and through membership in VIA, companies can submit their Survey for consideration in the annual VIA Spark Awards, a celebration of benchmark accomplishments.
